Our Story
50 years. Same family. Same standard.
“When you want it done right — right now.”
Thumper’s is the garage-screen side of Cook Aluminum, started by Clarence “Thumper” Cook. That nickname has stuck his whole life — and it’s how most folks, especially around The Villages, know us and find us.
We’ve served Central Florida families since 1974 and incorporated in 1998. Three generations later, the same family still runs it — and still runs it the same way.
A lot of our customers are retirees, so we keep things fair and honest: no upselling, no commissions, no pressure. And when you call, you reach the family that does the work — not a call center.
A derivative of Cook Aluminum, LLC
Family-owned since the 1970s · Three generations strong
