These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the services provided by Thumper’s Retractable Screen Doors, a derivative of Cook Aluminum, LLC (“Thumper’s,” “we,” “us”), based in Belleview, Florida. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Thumper’s provides custom retractable garage screens, garage door repair, new sectional garage door sales and installation, and screen slider parts and service throughout Belleview and Central Florida. We do not install roll-up garage doors.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are free and provided on-site. A quote is not a binding contract until a written work agreement is signed by both parties. Prices may change if project scope, measurements, or materials change.

3. Scheduling, Payment & Cancellation

We accept major credit cards and Zelle. Payment terms are set out in your work agreement. Please provide reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment.

4. Workmanship & Warranty

Thumper’s warranties its work as follows: one (1) year on workmanship, ten (10) years on the screen, and fifteen (15) years on the motor, subject to the terms of your written work agreement and any manufacturer documentation. Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Thumper’s is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

6. Website Content

Content, images, and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Thumper’s / Cook Aluminum, LLC and may not be copied without permission.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
